Miami Flood Response is a referral and lead-routing service operated by Astra Ventures LLC, Series 1 (Astra Media), a Wyoming Series Limited Liability Company. We connect consumers seeking flood and water damage services in Florida with licensed contractors and lead aggregator networks.

We do not perform flood and water damage work directly. When you submit a request, we route your contact information to one or more of our service partners. The actual service is performed by a third-party licensed contractor.

No warranty on third-party services

We do not control the quality, timeliness, or pricing of services performed by our partners. We make no warranty regarding any partner's work. Disputes about workmanship, pricing, or completion should be addressed directly with the partner who performed the work.
